They bring their problem statement live to the class and they will be guided step by step on deciphering the entire set-up along with how to use the data flowing in|
|2||Conducting Empathy Interviews||3 More unique setups will be shared with participants and we will help them with unique questioning techniques to get the right inputs in the first go itself. This will help them speed the process up and ensure they get their ROI faster|
|3||Defining & Refining a Problem Statement||Using the Live Empathy Maps, we will help participants create and articulate problem statements for their existing problems or new challenges that they bring to the table. We will help them to funnel the problem statement to an extent that it will not change for the next 10-15 years and they can keep getting ideas on the go|
|4||Visual Ideation Techniques||We will introduce more tools which can be used virtually & physically to get flooded with unique ideas that can help them for 10 to 15 years. So, the idea is to put in a one-time effort and then keep tweaking the ideas, when needed, to enrich the solutions|

This journey will help them envision the future using the template and get a ready made action plan which they can follow for the next 10-15 years|
Design thinking is a way of life, a mindset and an adaptive methodology that helps you to explore, reimagine and reinvent the future. It's an iterative process that helps you to create long term solutions.
No. It can be used by anyone, and as a matter of fact, not only can you use it in your professional life, but also in your personal life
There are some innovators who are more pro-active than the others and understand the benefits earlier than most. Its become a buzz since many have realized the importance of this beautiful methodology a little late and are inquisitive about why & how the world is implementing Design Thinking.
Anybody can learn the design thinking process and use it to solve problems. However, at the start not everyone can do it well. It's only through a lot of practice that someone can master it. Just like anything else, the best way to improve in design thinking is through practice and coaching. Getting coached by an expert mentor is the best way to learn. Reading about it is not going to make you better…it will just help you understand the theory behind the methodology.
Sure, you can use the tools individually and be partially successful
For starters, I have been doing it for a long time, more than a decade. I have not only implemented this philosophy in my profession but also in my personal life. To be honest, my entire entrepreneurship journey is based on the elements within Design Thinking. Secondly, I completely believe in the process. I believe in it so much that I am willing to follow it in any circumstances because I can see the power that it has. During a consultation project, when a client tells me they don’t have time for user research, I don’t do the entire project because I have no way of guaranteeing the results. If it's only about awareness of the topic, which does not invlove consultation, I help them get the best out of the workshops that I conduct for them. Also, during the program I use live scenarios that can help the audience relate to it and implement it almost instantly.
